Interim Team Recommendations

I would like to thank Dr Don Yates Sr PhD , Jerry Banberger and their teams for their work reviewing member remuneration and memberships.
The consensus of the two teams is
  • As membership increases spam is becoming more prevalent and difficult to control so we need to remove all incentives to do so. I agree with their findings but believe "points for activity" was a benefit in the early days of ismMagic and historically contributed to the site.
  • Memberships. Some features should not be available "Free of Charge" as people do not appreciate what they do not pay for, giving us two options
    • retain free and paid memberships as now or
    • charge for some features on as used basis.

Interim Changes

Based on the above we have decided
  • Remuneration. With effect from 1st August we will not longer be awarding Magic Points for activity as we are in complete agreement with the teams' recommendation.
  • Memberships. Following further discussion with the team leaders we have decided to remove upgraded memberships and move to "pay as you use with earning potential" for some features such as blogs.
We will make some interim changes in the existing site although our focus after the end of August will be on the new site.
Magic Points will be phased out and replaced with Magic Credits.

Conversion to Magic Credits

 At some point in August we will change over to Magic Credits, the proposed process is
  • Prior to the 16th August we will add the June and July Magic Points earned to the "Magic Points Earned B/f"
  • The conversion rate of Magic Points to Magic Credits will based on your membership level at the time of conversion.
    • Magician: 1 Magic Credit per 8 Magic Points
    • Genie : 1 Magic Credit per 4 Magic Points
    • Wizards & Founding Wizard : 1Magic Credit per 2 Magic Points
  • 23rd August, convert Magic Points to Magic Credits, and convert unallocated banner impressions to Magic Credits on a 1:1 basis. During this process ismMagic will be under maintenance and the e-wallet on both ismAI and RAF will be disabled.
  • Create an opening entry on the Magic Credits report for each member. This report will be in a transactional format similar to the e-wallet.
The effect of this conversion is neutral, insofar as it is line with the current Magic Point conversion to Banner Impressions.

 How to Acquire Magic Credits Post Conversion (Current Site)

  • Purchase at @ $10 per 10,000, you ismMagic sponsor will receive 1250 Magic Credits.
  • Earn via
    • Rewards Center (proposed to be online for  August 2013)
    • Blogs, Groups (Based on hits received, timing of this TBA)
    • By purchasing units in ismAI or RAF.
  • Receive from other members (transfer send fee of 10%)


How to Use Magic Credits (Current Site)

  • Advertising
    • Banner or Text Ads 1 impression uses 1 Magic Credit
    • Rewards Center per bid made (proposed online for  August 2013)
    • Blogs, Groups (Cost per blog, group, timing of this TBA)
  • Transfer to other members (transfer receive fee of 10%)
  • Purchase Magic Bonus Shares. 1 Magic Bonus share costs 1000 Magic Credits, max purchase per month 1000 Magic Bonus Shares. Magic Bonus at the end of the month is divided between the members based on the number of shares they each have, capped at $1000. (Post 1st August 2013)
  • This list is not exhaustive and the following may at some stage use Magic Credits
    • Private Messaging
    • Downline Mailer
    • Group e-mail
Memberships
At the point in August when we convert to Magic Points, all memberships will become FREE memberships. The Founding Wizards team will remain.
We will publish the revised features before the change.

Magic Bonus

  • June Magic Bonus - Following the ismAI & RAF re-structure there was no June Magic Bonus.
  • July Magic Bonus will be allocated using the current system.
  • August onward will be based on the new system.

  2. Mulai 1 Agustus, aturan baru akan diberlakukan
  3. Kedepannya, ismmagic akan menjual beberapa fitur marketing tools yang sangat berguna untuk setiap member dalam mempromosikan bisnisnya. Mungkin setiap member yang punya downline akan punya potensi mendapatkan passive income dari bonus pembelian downlinenya.
  4. Target ismmagic kedepannya adalah menaikkan rating (traffic) dan jumlah member hingga melebihi 60.000 member.
